Passport and Notary Services In-Person
Passport Services are available by appointment only, from 11:00 am until 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday. The passport application process takes approximately 20-60 minutes per applicant. To ensure that there is enough time to complete the process, please arrive at least an hour and a half before the library closes. Keep in mind that more time may be required for cases involving citizenship, parental guardianship, or last-minute travel.
East Cleveland Public Library is offering free notary services. Notary services must be scheduled Monday through Thursday, from 11 am until 5:30 pm. (No notary services 30 minutes prior to closing or on weekends.)
